Kit, Conversion, MK4i to MK4n

IMPORTANT: The adjacent MK4n Swerve Modules on a typical drivetrain are mirrored from each other, and are consequently different kit versions ("A" and "B"). Scroll down to review how the conversion kit is ordered.

This kit contains everything needed to convert your MK4i Swerve Module to a MK4n Swerve Module.

Although the Bottom Plate is common between the current version MK4i and MK4n, it is included with this kit so that:

• The converted module has all plates needed for 10-32 frame mounting holes
• All structural plates in the converted swerve module are new

This conversion includes only the parts for a like motor (and motor shaft) conversion. Converting from MK4i to MK4n and to a different motor (or shaft) also requires ordering the MK4i Pinion Gear Kit for the new motors. For instance:

• To convert a NEO MK4i Swerve Module to a NEO MK4n Swerve Module, order just the NEO configuration of this conversion kit.
• To convert a NEO MK4i Swerve Module to a Kraken X60 MK4n Swerve Module, order any configuration of this conversion kit, as well as the Kraken X60 MK4i Pinion Gear Kit.

Please note:

• The NEO Vortex kit works for the NEO Vortex motors with the 8mm keyed shaft.
• The Falcon 500 kit is primarily for the Falcon 500 motor. It can also work for the NEO Vortex motor with the Falcon spline shaft, but the shaft spacers are not included (they are supplied with the Falcon motors), and the Semicircle Spacer kit is also needed.

Because the MK4n Swerve Module does not have a symmetric footprint, a mirrored version is required. The two versions are known as "A" and "B". The following illustrates the two versions in a typical drivetrain layout:

Important Ordering Information. Unless you specify otherwise in the Special Instructions field in the Cart (only visible when there is at least one product in the cart):

• Orders with an even number of conversion kits will receive an equal number of A and B versions. If you want a different quantity of the A and B versions, indicate it in the Cart's Special Instructions field.
• Orders with an odd number of conversion kits will receive the maximum equal number of A and B versions, and then either an A or B version for the final conversion kit. If you want a different quantity of the A and B versions, indicate it in the Cart's Special Instructions field.

The MK4n Swerve Module can work with the REV Through Bore Encoder (or equivalent) by utilizing this Center Column.
