Product Lead-Times

All products available to order have an associated lead-time prior to shipping, which can vary from 0 to 3 business days to 8 weeks or more. Business days exclude business closures due to holidays, for instance. Please click here for the estimated product-specific lead-times.

Order Payment

Payment for orders via a credit card is collected when the order is placed. Payment for orders via a purchase order is due within 30 days of the order being delivered. Payment is due prior to shipment for orders being shipped to or paid for outside of the USA.

Order Shipping

Several shipping options are typically offered, and those options can vary depending on the delivery address. The shipping time listed next to each shipping option is the transit time, which is estimated and not guaranteed by Swerve Drive Specialties ("SDS"). The estimated time to receive an order from when it was placed is the product lead-time plus shipping time.

Orders ship complete, so the lead-time to ship an order will be equivalent to the longest product-lead time in the order. If you are ordering items with considerably different product lead-times, consider putting the shorter lead-time items in a separate order if you want them sooner.

Orders ship per Incoterms EXW (SDS in Everett, WA), though SDS will arrange the order pickup by the shipping company.

Orders with a product value of $2,500.00 or more may require signature for delivery. An order meeting that condition must have a shipping address that will have someone available to sign for the delivery.

Order Cancellations

An order that has not been shipped may be cancelled by contacting SDS. A 3% processing fee of the total order cost will be deducted from the refund.

Order Alterations

An order that has not been shipped may be altered by contacting SDS. Alterations can include:
  • Adjusting quantities (subject to available stock)
  • Adding products (subject to available stock)
  • Changing product configurations (subject to available stock)
  • Removing products
    If the order alteration reduces the order's total cost, then the difference will be refunded, less a 3% processing fee of that difference.

     

    Order Returns

    SDS does not currently accept returns. If you have an issue with a product you purchased, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

    Quotes

    Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

     

    FIRST Championship Order Pickup

    For 2024, you have the option to pick up your order from the AndyMark FRC Booth at the FIRST Championship in Houston, Texas, USA. Requirements:

    • Enter your team number and at least two team contacts (name and mobile phone number) of people who can alternatively receive the order.
    • Select the "Pick up your order at the 2024 FIRST Championship" shipping method during the checkout process. If that option is not available, then it has closed for 2024.
    • Pick up your order on 17-Apr-2024 between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
    • Present your order confirmation or invoice to receive your order.
    If you do not pick up your order, you will either be billed to ship it to the Delivery Address you entered during the checkout process, or the order will be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
